The ability to respond quickly in the event of a disaster is crucial to the ongoing success of property managers. In order to respond quickly, we believe all parties must be prepared. Knott Mechanical will develop a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Program (DRP) for the HVAC equipment at the properties we are contracted for. Therefore, within one year of our contract date, we will present this program to you in writing and we can discuss which aspects we might move forward with together so we can ensure continuity.
